Hi Jake,

Not sure on your figures Jake, as the 1st 90M bought the registry to a total of 544M as per the 3B issued.

2nd placement brings AFA/ASF to 103M total in the 2 placements but you say that they should have 112M for the extra included for the 2nd to keep a 19.9% stake.

Another words you buy in to hold 19.9% at the old registry total but automaticaly dilute it on the new TOTALLED registry and you then can buy the difference. How can that be.????

When you buy 19.9% you have 19.9% regardless of the extra you bought, so how can you dilute yourself to less and then pick up the shortfall difference.????

Its like double dipping and you don't have to declare you are holding more than the 19.9% you stated you held.
