    Thanks for the replies.

    Totally confused still.

    Does the 2nd placement is either included in the 90.447M shares or not.

    The way I read the 2 anns is that the 90M shares are the 1st placement for 19.9% of KEY registry.

    Todays 2nd placement of 22.5 M shares is extra on top of the 90M already done.

    If so then the 20% is broken and a TO needs to be initiated by AFA as they have gone past their allowed 19.9%.
