    just to illustrate:

    $1,175,815 x 0.013c = 90.45m new shares

    451m old shares + 90.45m new shares = 541m

    90.45m ASF new shares / 541m = 16.71%

    AND that is NOT what they wanted!
    ASF wants 19.9% !

    So,
    451m old shares + 90.45m ASF new shares under "1st placement" + 22.47m new ASF shares under "2nd Placement" = 563.92m total shares.

    ASF then have 90.45m + 22.47m = 112.92m

    112.92 / 563.92 = about 19.9%
