Hi guys,

Need an opinion here from anyone able to do so.

On 20th KEY anns that AFA take 19.9% holding for 90.447M shares at 0.013c each.

Today it is ann that AFA have taken an additional 22.47M shares in a 2nd placement and this is still 19.9%.

Doesn't seem right, 2 separate placements keeps them at 19.9%. the 2nd placement is extra to the 1st which WAS 19.9%

2 placements for a total of 103M shares for 19.9% stake is the way its says but if 90.447M shares is 19.9% then the 2nd placement is over the 20% mark which constitutes a TakeOver to be announced.

Anyone makes sense of this.
