Axiom has its Tenement titles over Kolosori Ni lands cancelled for not following due processes in theCourt of Appealir initial granting processes. 
In  Axioms case we also Lost (wasted, threw away or squandered, call it what you like)10’s  M’s $$$$ of shareholders funds that RM alone chose to spent on exploring that tenement while its (AVQ’s) legitimacy to that title was being argued in the High Court and Court of Appeals. 
Arguments that Axiom lost on every front !
