$4 ,20 before the end of the month & possibly higher - depending on oil price .
Oil markets are all over the place & a large chunk of USA production off line
Which may not find a quick home in other trading places .
POO not falling & may even bounce up
STO getting better attention from Intos now that much of the crap has been factored in
Better times ahead - so the $3-$4 trading range looks like good buying
