don't know ---- good question, but, probably not a simple yes or no answer because it could be complicated by where the site is hosted, where the posters are and probably more variables.
the only thing I saw on a quick look was that it's not illegal in the US to report if you know a crime is planned
But, that doesn't mean Australia or NZ - and, the complications of the above as I said would further muddy the waters.
