Chakor Well I think most thinking Australians abhor Hate speech whether that be in verbal or written form. Well yes and again I think most Australians would agree that inciting revenge using snuff type videos should bring charges against those people displaying them. In fact that is the case it is illegal to produce and display these types of videos. I really dont think you have included any reality or proof as the what the young man has been charged with. If you are relying on some scant idea from a news article then you need to rethink the whole idea of what you are doing. Hate speech, postings and vids of such things should be legally dealt with by the federal police and that includes these organisations that espouse racial and ethnic hatred regardless of colour, race, creed or religion. This is Australia, not Turkey and we can only deal with Australians. None of this straw man building is worth anything.

I have no problem with video being banned and charges, etc. I’m just saying that the door needs to swing both ways. Regarding “reality and proof”, these plenty of articles mentioning the video distributors arrest. ABC, yahoo, etc
