Capital won't be an issue any time soon IMO. The govt funding makes the figures presented by some in this thread nonsensical. The SP will change quickly I believe as soon as the stock to low 4's is taken out. The current price is completely illogical but as long as the company keeps delivering results and building its big picture, things will resolve. We have an extensive list of results / announcements in front of us for the next three months. Lets get thru them and see where we are.
