I don't know what "Down-Dip" is on about each hole appears to me to be going across the structures at reasonable angles - some people just aren't pleased or able to comprehend early stage drilling. The first diamond holes are always the ones you learn the most about the geology & mineralisation style... the larger volume of drill intersections which follow tell us about the average gold grade (and thus potential economics).
HotRod65 - 5m is pretty good in my books given that is the widths typically mined at Stawell, and at depths over 1000m - so if that level of grade can consistently be found across great areas along strike or up-down dip it will generate a pretty big possible gold resource. Early days - but I reckon they are exciting ones for the upside of Navarre across the Irvine/Ararat project areas.
Cant believe that there wont be some positive movement in SP in the coming days on this news plus ongoing exploration to come.
