CRB put out an announcement a few days ago for treating pit water at Mt Morgan (now that is toxic water due to Cu and heavy metals )

The contract they took over states: "The initial contract for Carbine’s services has been set at $1.25 Million before costs based on the discharge of 500ML per annum. "

Lets see if we displace the pit water at NAGs mine how much does that cost for the replacement tonne of earth that goes in tho the pit ?:

There are 1000 litres in 1 cubic meter of water , which is 1BCM of earth which weighs around 2 tonnes from my limited knowledge ( no swell factor applied).

So lets see 500 Million litres would accomodate 500 million litres of earth which is 500 ,000 cubic meters which weighs 1 Million tons that cost $1.24 M to treat or about $1.24 apportioned per tonne of replacement PASSE earth , if CRBs treatment costs are similar to NAG's then it does not look too big an issue .
There is also a cost possibly to neutralise the PASSE earth with lime
