The broad plan for the CR has been announced
ie placement to SIs (done), Jerry to participate on same terms subject to S/H approval, and a SPP for the unwashed. I cant find any other details on the SPP or when S/H will get to approve the stuff for Jerry.
Does anyone have any idea of when record date for SPP will be?
