Oh and for those who havent read the announcement Jerry gets to buy his previosuly agreed placement at 16c rather than 18c. I am not sure how happy I am about this.

Surely when he made the investment decision he took whatever risks on board (and he was already getting them at a discount to the market), now what if SHD took off for some reason and the CR was to be at 20c- would Jerry say "sure I will pay the new price or would he insist on the agreed 18c?"

Given holders are only gettting $2.5m and instos $8.5m I am sure SHD could raise the rest from us anyway.

Maybe a few of us need to get organised for the mtg- I will mull over this announcement and any responses during the day- may mellow on reflection at the end of the day
