MAP is doing fine. It is low on the radar because people hate the "paying dividends above earnings" when they forget that the business model is partly about cash earnings and partly about capital growth of assets.
This little winner has paid be 20plus cents in dividends in a month or so and is coming up for another in a few months. Earnings are throught the roof, monopoly standing and every time Wayne parks his car to pick up Trini I earn a fortune. Brilliant.
A few of the brokers are hinting at a re-rating upawards over coming weeks. It will break north.
