As per post 2 min ago, the more shares they get at 25 c the greater the cash available to pay a higher premium to be the remainder of the company out.
I think the two biggest holders own 65% or something of that nature. If they can get to 75% by buying shares in the mid 20s , the 15c cash discount could be used to lob a bid at say 42c -45c cash to get them over the line
