The directors are using it to flog a massive tax concession, cut their ties with their biggest partner, leased out their VoIP operation to a company called Vixtel formerly Snoopa owned by Nick Crews or Terrys Crews, both have done nothing in Australia or international industry.
You'd be better off moving out of this into someone with potential or mining
