Sadly, even a hot cattle prod isn't going to work on this one. Too dangerous to put a finger up its a$$ to see if a pulse there as you never know what you might catch as a result.
It has been dead for nigh on 2 years now...not even worth burying now, just let the remainder of the carcass rot away and become fertiliser.
