Instead of telling an individual shareholder like myself OR trying to teach us all about macroeconimics and how oil 'might play out', of course merely dictating from a source that likely does not know the furture themselves, you might want to do something simple like 'give the company a call, over time develop a sound relationship, and upon this post something fruitful'!
