    I think now that the merger with horizon is very likely to proceed.

    But given this cash balance and the franking credits. ROC could have bought back like 20-30% of its market cap quite easily. Especially at its current low earnings multiples would have generated fantastic returns for shareholders.

    Ah well. Just dreaming haha
