    Merger Conditions

    • conclusion by an Independent Expert that the Scheme IS in the best interests of Horizon Oil Shareholders.... no doubt about that one.

    I wonder if the conclusion of an Independent Expert would be that the scheme IS in the best interests of ROC shareholders.... I doubt it... and guess what... they do not need such an opinion.... ahhh, the beauty of a reverse takeover.
