I suggested to Tesserent that they offer their products on a "Free Trial".
Never got a response. Now we have some product where small businesses are supposedly going to fork out $500 per month. Sounds like pie in the sky to me.
For me, Tesserent are just not hungry enough for success. Keith Glennan on 250k per year, and the Board all collect their fees.
All the while, the SP is at 6 cents, revenue growth ordinary at best and a 3.5 million dollar loss. As I said, we are in capital raising territory unless cash burn improves significantly.
Just an arrogance about the Tesserent Board and Management that I don't like. They treat shareholders as mugs and it is too much effort for them to try and promote themselves (ie get their hands dirty). They don't like the game - don't like tackling. They want to be above it all and let all the customers beg them to take their money.
Wake up Tesserent. Just because you have blue chip customers it doesn't mean that all the small businesses of Australia are going to fall over themselves to give you $500 per month for a product they don't understand and could probably get from a competitor cheaper. You actually have to be hungry as hell and get out there and hustle for new business. Tesserent don't want to hustle. They want it to come easy for them. 7 million of shareholders money was easy money for them - how effectively have they used that money? Easy come easy go.
The management and Board of Tesserent all get handsomely paid no matter how terrible the company performs. It is us shareholders who suffer. At least Kurt Hansen appeared to have ideas for growing Tesserent and the runs on the Board in terms of his previous experience. With hindsight, was Kurt the problem or did the Tesserent have their heads in the sand?
