I think it would be fair to say that the present management are a bunch of nongs. Probably good at being talking heads but not so crash hot on the technical stuff.

Anyone with the slightest bit of technical know how would have had a gut feeling that something was wrong with a calculation that was 33% out. But the saving grace is that you can employ good people to do the technical stuff and let the talking heads do what they do best - talk. So certainly all is not lost.
