Perpetual are only real source of liquidity. Any investor group wanting a meaningful holding would arrange thru PPT, but that stake must now only be abt 2.5m. Once that's exhausted will presumably have to buy on market. Leads me to conclusion that a rerate likely to encourage supply. Given stated likelihood of further contract wins down the track, what level the rerate provides is anyone's guess. But make no mistake, this company is going places.
