The directors hold over 60% of the company so not a lot of free float shares available.If someone has a reasonable position and wants out it will affect the share price. I have been holding PME for well over two years and have seen this happen on a few occasions. It is a quality stock with great management,bright prospects so any dip has always been followed by a move back up.
