It is hard to second guess. It ran to $2.68 on not much news. Then if fell from there to $1.85 on no news too, seemingly on the whim of the investment managers at PPT. And someone just sold 716,460 shares at $2.07. And then the price goes up.
The background that we know is that PPT have been selling, overall. Commonwealth Trustees have been selling. VC's, on the other hand have identified PME asa a stand-out growth opportunity. They will opportunistically snipe to accumulate.
