Its a price sensitive notion it was ment to be released as soon as it was approved but took to the 15th and on the 15th said they will now be seeking but had already done so. Same as the 2 said updates. Extreamly miss leading the 5% requirement was released on such actions under these activities meaning a notion can be forced if they wont act asic can now act. Rules have bow been broken.
