I hope you guys are right, and what you say about profit before tax is similar to what I previously thought, and posted. However, I then had doubts about the validity of just adding up all the profits before tax figures quoted from won cases. These figures may be just on a case only basis, and could exclude general corporate expenses not associated with each case. I admit I don't know, and may not know until the actual annual results. I am assuming a lower NPAT because of this, just to be safe, but it will still be a very respectable result, supporting a restoration of dividends (hoping for 5 to 10 cents this time, with 10 to 15 cents per year from now on).
