15%/+10%?

We must be getting to the end of a long road.

BUT, am I reading this announcement correctly?

To me it seems that they have/ intend to issue more options equal to 25% of the ordinary F/P shares.

After all the pain that the ordinary shareholders have gone through with this company I feel that to give away/Dilute our holdings by this amount at this late stage of the game is just TOO MUCH.

I hope I am reading it wrong.
If so, can someone that understands it better please explain it .
