14D seems to stay one side of the Moving average for a few months at a time.
... 14D has only been trading for a few months?

So its above now and looks like the U base sweep should start climbing the right side of the U.
...maybe it will and maybe it won't?

All it needs to do is remain above the Moving averages and the U should be completed in a couple of months.
... with the tiny volume it currently trades at  it my stay above for a couple months but not move much higher?

Down side is minimal and the Upside IMO it tenfold from these levels IMO.

... downside is always 0 for SC's and upside is some number higher than that?

My first expectation is to see the U shape in the Chart to continue building the right side of the U

... maybe you will be right and maybe you will be wrong?

Have a look at PUR... that's a X with volume behind it and i would say it's more likely it will STAY > the X but with SC's you can never be sure... 

If big volume appears on 14D MD i will be more interested...
