The Glenelg unit starts install in November but will not be running until the new year.You are very correct, we must wait until the Glenelg TESS is running and commercially proves the TESS works commercially.
All the other comments on here are by day traders wanting to make 1 cent here and there as evidenced by the tiny volumes traded.
The large holders who invested privately over the last few years know the reality of their investment and are intelligent enough to sit and wait!!
