Right now it's accumulation. Cash will come flowing out of biotron once panic sets in, go have a read about what's going on over there. People trying to justify thousand percent gains as being sustainable. Reality will kick in and they're going to exit and look for alternative small caps that present big gains.
14d is prime for this. Yesterday's announcement pretty much cemented this.
