    Because Price levels just dont stand still, the dip a bit and run a bit. So based on Probability , 14D should trade over 40c this Month.

    The dips happen and the runs happen, but the price wont sit still and it wont always have low volume days, when the volume does hit , most usually there will be more buyers than sellers on high volume days and the price will rise.
