Mitis, mate, I read so much pie-in-the-sky stuff on HC about all sorts of stocks, I just have to wade in and tell it how I see it.

I am simply a shareholder of RIV, and have researched it thouroughly. I would love to sell at $50; that could be 5-10 years away.

I am more that happy with my gains on RIV. At some point every holder gets to the point on a big one, where he wants to take the cash off the table.
