    Hi,

    I prefer to do my own research and look at financial statements.

    Accordingly, I've just had a quick look at BBC's FY07/08 report.

    Total liabilities = $2.095 Billion (yes Billion) (p.63)

    So with the $170M from LLC (for 43% of BCC) that leaves about $2B in liabilities.

    I'll stick with PTN thanks.
