    It would be hard to imagine looking at this stock without wondering "when is the next court date?". I wonder if 13 Sep will be the final hearing?

    The recent rise in the gold price would have to help getting the plant funded.

    Perhaps it is almost time to take ATV out of the bottom drawer.
