That's good info, thx very much. Common sense stuff actually. It's obviously encouraging that directors are putting their own funds on the line at a key moment. That was great timing today and spoke volumes for the directors' ability to drive shareholder value.

I'm trying to assess any possible lag time until other significant announcements help jump-shift the share price.
I think the share register in HDG is tight enough to benefit immediatly from positive announcements without being played too much.

Hopefully today's Directors commitment will sustain a steady up-trend until the next milestone. Nice story evolving here...
