Here's some TA. We don't have much to work with because HDG is quite a static stock with it's low liquidity. Nevertheless, the key levels of support/resistance stand out clear as day.
A close above 38cents (38.2% fib level) would have the traders scrambling all the way up to 50cents in my opinion.
