There are other players in the Waterberg who are producing a small amount of semi soft, PCI and export thermal (15% ash) alongside their domestic thermal. We don't know yet if the HDG tenement contains these possibilities. Due to Logistics being a nightmare the aim will always be to get the high value stuff on the train. This will probably result in a bit more expensive CHPP, but the most CRITICAL outstanding item for most of the projects in the area is a new domestic thermal market (IE new powerstation).
Does anybody have any idea if there is one planned in the area for Botswana, as the SA side is not an option now.
