You & I care rogerken but without any interest in ADU on hotcop apart from the odd holder there is no interest,
Just check the numbers of 'reads'.
I sold today in the X factor that I may get back in lower. Often a risky play.
A t/o was always the original plan & that is an option but the big boys usually look for 2m plus oz - which ADU no doubt have but not yet proved.
