I think that whilst smelling the roses you should consider the class action of TIM where the judge says the litigants chances are "gloomy". Asic has just tossed the M&K assertions out and as such I would think that M&K may well have to start admitting what chance they have of success.

In fact I dont have a crystal ball but in reality I don't see why the punters will not be investing in the few that are left standing and according to my cashflow Gunns will still be standing even if they dont get a sale of $1.00 in 2010.Nothing has happened to a Gunns scheme or even a Willmott forests scheme either.

There are weaker around and someone has to survive and at the end of that its probably Gunns are most well capitalised to do so.
