I would think you would also need to include the other key management personel (Mssrs Beresford, Marmaro and Gates), and all the trusts and superfunds associated with them (eg March Bells, Arkenstone and maybe Rogerson and Hawksley). A long time ago I went back and checked up what I could on the indirect holdings for both Tasman and Eden, and although I can't now recall the details of the all the associated entitities of the directors, it is more extensive than a first glance would indicate.
I would think you would also need to include the other key...
