Just because TAS owns Noble, what right does TAS have to give Noble's assets away? OK they own the company, but do they still have that right? Surely there would be laws against that?
I honestly can't see a distribution of EDE shares that Noble owns to TAS shareholders. If TAS themselves did, possibly.
