Say EDE were acquired for $1.50, then the Solomons woujld be filthy rich and would surely have absolutely no desire to risk their fortune on a speccy mining project(s) ? That would be lunacy. So if such a bid does eventuate I think an in specie distribution would be the most elegant method of distributing the loot for all TAS shareholders.
