I like your post, you beg to differ and that is what a forum is about. We are all entitled to our own opinions and by us all expressing gives everyone a chance to think outside the box.

Solomons are all ready multi millionairs anyways:
Greg: EDE + EDEO shares value = $11,986,950
Douglas: EDE + EDEO shares value = $10,312,963
After tax even if they had half you could retire and live comfortably, but I'm guessing both are workaholics. The tangle web that the Solomons currently have is what they love to do. Why would they want to see it all come undone?

I see TAS as the Solomon's own baby. They can see in the future that their baby is going to need $$$. EDE is going to be that company that brings the baby home the $$$. Those $$$ are then going to be used mining their own claims or else used to finance other mines/explorations. This is where I see shareholders being shunted a little, not completely though. Only time will show us the Solomon's true path.

Yes there is always an offer, but I would ask the shareholders, knowing what you know would you sell your shares lower than what is actually worth. Most people would say yes, but how much under that value would you sell it for? That is where the answer to the question lies. We all have different amounts in our mind, but when the day comes that you could get it, have you reevaluated that figure?

How much is EDE worth is anyone's guess, until we actually start constant sales, everything is speculative. I would dare to say even the Solomon's don't have a clue on what it is worth or going to be worth.
