As mentioned, I thought that growth of other VOIP technologies could be seen as a disadvantage to the company.
I guess the argument also is there that a decent installed customer base with low costs and regular revenue makes it a good possible takeover target for a larger player looking to consolidate their position (as per ISPs in the late 90's and early 2000's).

Use and enjoyment of technology don't make it successful - although it's certainly a great start! My father bought into ERG based upon his experience of their technology in Hong Kong - it was first rate. Now look where they are!

I guess overall, a niche play can work well good revenue growth with the outlook of a major buying them out when they get large enough to be of notice.
