One thing I like about this industry is that consumers buy what they are sold. As MNF have mentioned they have a very strong and well experienced/rewarded sales team and credit them at every given opportunity.
WIMAX will only suit regional users (as done in Yorke SA), but any city rollout with face immediate pressure by the majors.
MNF have targeted computer savvy generations and are signing them up to VoIP. In turn their client are saving a bundle. Their model seem to be working extremely well.
VoIP is a niche market atm here in OZ but growth is reportedly strong and MNF are continually expanding this niche on minimal advertising expenditure.
The strength of their sales team will result in the success of their Virtual PBX into the SME market too imo.
