Most ISP based VOIP offerings are a little expensive. People who want VOIP and shop it around will usually end up at MNF or ENG for this reason.
I worked out that between home & 1 remote office I spend about $120 PM for 3 Voip lines. This would be a little more with ENG, a lot more with Internode/iiNet and other ISP/VSP and about double to triple with Optus or Telstra.
People are also getting smarter and more fussy about the features they want too, this is where MNF has it all over everyone else, the degree of technical feature & flexibility is way ahead of the others.
I know of one guy that dropped his monthly office bill from about $1500 with Telstra to around $350 PM by using MNF. He probably could have tuned his Telstra plan better but it prob still would have been about $800-1000 PM.
