Yes agree my theories are optimistic and are not based on forward looking financials. I will talk from this point of view perhaps after the next quarterly when more figures are available and we can start comparing growth numbers/PEs etc etc.
This is purely from the point of view on maximising the directors own personal wealth amounts in a conservative way. Most of their stock is held via their DIY superfunds and superfund investment laws are becoming more flexible - especially for commercial property investment.
I guess what Im trying to say is the directors can dramatically increase their own personal wealth and have a pool of money thrown at them left/right/centre by outlaying a very small amount capital to get the SP up to those levels. All this prior to options expiry to add.
From a financial point of view, there are not many listed companies trading at 8million, have zero debt, growing and banking profits. But will have to wait until the next quarterly to examine closer.
Either way Standup, I think we will each see substantial ROI's.
