A large acquisition would be bigger than MSG. They had enough trouble integrating the two existing businesses. They are better off buying only small WA businesses and growing organically. You do not buy capital just goodwill in this business, as contracts are often in reality short term and depend on the people (who you lock in with shares). I would get WA working well before I went to the East Coast. If they use shares to do small takeovers the first task is to get the share price up and that means start paying dividends regularly. They promised dividends and they should deliver dividends. I am a great believer in doing what you promised. If they did not pay dividends I would be a seller as I invested in them as a yield stock.
