I almost bought into FWD at $3.07 back when it was testing those levels a few months back, but just missed out and the price ran up hard from there. But now its coming back it may test that level again.
IMO it is worth watching to see how the price behaves over the next 1-3 weeks with an eye to buying in if it appears to be forming a low. Could be good value if management do a good job of re-positioning the company for the current part of the cycle, and they have a pretty good record.
